2024 PRICES £995 PER WEEK ALL YEAR ROUND (extra nights if available £150)
During the height of the season (May-September and Christmas/New Year time) changeovers are on Saturdays and bookings of less than 7 nights are not usually possible.
Outside of this period we operate a four night minimum booking policy.
PAYMENT INFORMATION:
- Deposit for all bookings £300 per week or part week and this will be deducted from the balance which becomes due AT LEAST 14 DAYS BEFORE CHECK-IN. We reserve the right to cancel the booking if full payment is not received prior to check-in.
- NB we can only accept cash, UK bank cheques, bank transfers and paypal payments. International payments including paypal, may incur a currency conversion charge.
- Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE but we will do our best to move the booking forwards if required (within 12 months from original booking dates).
- Given the global Covid 19 pandemic, we aim to be flexible with regard to refunds or moving travel dates forward if travel is restricted by the authorities, but if you are allowed to travel and you elect to cancel refunds will not normally be given.
- Always book direct with us to get the best price - bookings via third party websites like Airbnb, Trip Advisor and VRBO are usually more expensive.
- We accept maximum of two dogs at any one time, by prior arrangement only, and there is a charge of £50 per dog per week.

- Collection at the airport or harbour upon arrival is offered if required. Guests need to organise a taxi to the airport or harbour for departure.
- Disclaimer: We ask that any children or dogs are supervised at all times as we cannot be held responsible for any accidents occurring on our property. Any damage to the property will be chargeable.
